Trent Kelly

As a founding member and managing attorney at TK Injury Lawyers, Trent Kelly focuses his practice primarily on serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. Located in Austin, Texas, his client base comes from throughout the state and across the country. In addition to being admitted to practice in Texas, Mr. Kelly is admitted to practice before all Arkansas and Florida state courts.In his personal injury and wrongful death litigation practice, Mr. Kelly provides advice and counsel to people who have suffered economic and noneconomic harm due to the negligence or recklessness of other persons or entities. The types of cases that he has handled have primarily arisen out of incidents involving semi-truck, commercial vehicle, motorcycle and other motor vehicle crashes, premises liability, animal bites and auto-pedestrian accidents. Throughout his career as a plaintiff's attorney, Mr. Kelly has been able to obtain numerous sizable settlements and jury awards on behalf of his clients, and this has led to him being a member of the invitation-only Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Other recognition that he has received from his fellow attorneys has included an "Excellent" peer review rating through Avvo and inclusion in the National Trial Lawyers "Top 40 Under 40" list.Mr. Kelly is an active participant in several professional organizations, including the Austin Bar Association, the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Kelly attended Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, as an undergraduate, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in English and philosophy. Remaining in the state, he pursued his legal education at the University of Arkansas, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2007.
