Treyson J. Brooks

After graduating from The University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Treyson received his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University and began his legal career as a litigator in Dallas.Early in his career, Treyson obtained a summary judgment for his client in an asbestos case involving a Fortune 500 company. Treyson went on to successfully represent financial institutions in a variety of complex litigated matters including real property and contractual disputes in state and federal courts.Through years of hard work, Treyson has developed a keen sense of how to be a relentless advocate for his clients. He has led a large volume of clients to positive outcomes while earning a reputation as a skilled negotiator and counselor along the way.Firmly committed to the legal community, Treyson proudly served as a Chairman on the Dallas Bar Association’s Volunteer Attorney Program Charity Golf Tournament Committee. He is also a member of the United States Patent and Trademark Office, United States District Court for the Northern, Southern, Western, and Eastern Districts of Texas, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the Collin County Bar Association.
