Troyce G. Wolf

Troyce G. Wolf has been zealously representing injured and wronged individuals since 1988. Providing representation to area clients as well as nationwide, he focuses his practice on plaintiff's personal injury litigation, with a particular emphasis on mesothelioma and other toxic tort cases as well as products liability matters.Mr. Wolf pursued his undergraduate studies at Texas Tech University, graduating in 1984. He then went on to attend Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1988. Admitted to practice in Texas, New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois and Missouri, Mr. Wolf has also been certified as a specialist in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.During his distinguished career, Mr. Wolf has won numerous jury verdicts across the nation which total more than $100 million. His trial settlements exceed $300 million. Representative matters have included such notable results as a jury verdict of $25.2 million for the estate of a client who had died from mesothelioma due to asbestos exposure. 100% of liability was placed on the three defendants in the courtroom, Crane Co, Yarway Corporation and John Crane. The National Law Journal recognized that award as one of the Top 100 Verdicts of 2008.Mr. Wolf is an active participant in several professional organizations. His memberships include the American Association for Justice, the American and Dallas bar associations and the Texas Trial Lawyer's Association. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, which only includes those trial attorneys that have tried over twenty-five jury trials to verdict as the lead trial attorney.
