On October 10, 2018, I won a $6,022,814.06 jury verdict in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois in Chicago for the Estate of a deceased 86 year mesothelioma victim, Patrick O'Reilly, who did not have a surviving spouse. The verdict placed 100% of liability against John Crane, Inc for their asbestos gaskets and packing material that my client worked with and around as a pipefitter in the greater Chicago area., 2018
