Vincent F. Pitta

Attorney Vincent F. Pitta is a founding and managing partner of Pitta LLP, with locations in New York, Albany and Staten Island, New York. Mr. Pitta has practiced labor and employment law for more than three decades, representing employees in the New York metropolitan and Albany areas in matters involving discrimination, labor unions, sexual harassment, wage and hour violations, wrongful termination and more.Mr. Pitta is a graduate of the St. Francis College and Brooklyn Law School and is a member of Alpha Phi Delta. He has worked for various firms as both an associate and partner throughout his career. Along with his practice at Pitta LLP, he is a member of professional legal organizations such as the New York City Bar Association and the American Bar Foundation, of which he is a life patron fellow.Throughout his career, Mr. Pitta has served clients in a wide range of professions. Just some of the areas he has covered include construction, education, entertainment, fire safety, hotel, law enforcement and real estate industries.Active outside his practice, Mr. Pitta serves his community in numerous ways by volunteering his services to a variety of charity groups, committees and both public and private organizations. He also serves on the board of trustees for several groups including the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Daytop Village Inc and the Peggy Browning Fund.Mr. Pitta has been admitted to practice in the state of New York since 1978 and is also licensed to appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Supreme Court of the United States.
