Warren Q. Peebles

Focusing his practice in large part on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, Warren Q. Peebles is one of the founding partners at Englander Peebles, Accident & Injury Lawyers. Located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, he represents clients throughout Broward and Miami-Dade counties and other parts of South Florida.As an undergraduate, Mr. Peebles attended Truman State University in Missouri, where he majored in political science and earned a Bachelor of Arts. He then relocated to Florida to pursue his legal education at Stetson University College of Law. While there, Mr. Peebles interned with the Office of the State Attorney for the 13th Judicial Circuit, and he also served a clerkship with a Clearwater law firm before being awarded his Juris Doctor in 2011. After graduation, he practiced criminal defense law before joining with a colleague to form his current firm in 2016. Mr. Peebles is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.In his personal injury practice, Mr. Peebles provides aggressive representation to people who have incurred economic and noneconomic losses due to the negligence of other parties. He has worked on cases arising out of motor vehicle crashes, defective products, and premises liability, and his clients have benefitted from his courtroom and negotiating skills that have allowed them to receive substantial compensation for their losses. Mr. Peebles also assists clients who are pursuing Social Security Disability benefits, and he has represented homeowners whose properties have been damaged by hurricanes, fires, flooding, pests, and vandalism and whose claims have been delayed or denied in bad faith by their insurance companies.
