With a practice focused on civil litigation, Wes Johnston is the principal of Johnston & Associates. He has over thirty years of experience in all phases of civil litigation in hundreds of cases. The focus of his practice is oil & gas, environmental and land damage cases—often involving soil and groundwater contamination issues. The firm also concentrates on litigation in estate and trust matters.
