William H. Kaiser

Attorney William H. Kaiser is partner of the New York City firm of Kaiser Saurborn & Mair, P.C. He has dedicated his entire career fighting on behalf of individuals to ensure fairness and equality in the workplace and has represented individuals in employment disputes with some of the nation's largest companies and institutions.Mr. Kaiser has concentrated his practice primarily in the areas of employment and civil rights litigation and has successfully obtained numerous significant monetary settlements for his clients. His cases frequently involve employment discrimination, sexual harassment, breach of contract, nonpayment of wages, bonuses and commissions, retaliation based on whistle blowing activities, and alleged violations of noncompete and nonsolicitation clauses.
