Zachary Weisberg

Mr. Weisberg is an experienced and effective trial attorney who focuses his legal practice on litigating matters involving personal injury, wrongful deaths, workplace and construction accidents, products liability, premises claims, the Child Victims Act, police misconduct and transportation.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Weisberg spent over ten years representing various corporations, government agencies and insurance companies at prestigious AM 100 defense firms.  This has provided him with valuable insight that allows him to get the best possible results for Certain & Zilberg’s clients.Mr. Weisberg is admitted to practice law before the Courts of the State of New York, Rhode Island, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, District of Massachusetts, and District of Rhode Island.  Mr. Weisberg was also previously selected for the New York Metro Rising Stars list by New York Super Lawyers Magazine and was selected as One to Watch by Best Lawyers in 2023.
