    • Mr. DeMaria was the defense trial attorney for San Diego Sports in the high profile Doyle v. San Diego Sports case in San Diego County Superior Court, in California, in the summer of 2022.  He successfully obtained a jury verdict of 75% liability against other parties in the case, beating expectations.  The Doyle trial followed Mr. DeMaria's defense verdict won in the case of Boyajian v. JC Penney in Fresno County, California. , 2022
