Verdicts/Settlements (Case Results):

Defended a client who owns a Warehouse that stores and transports wine in a 3 week trial to verdict initially seeking $12-$15 million dollars as complained which claim was reduced at trial. Able to prove under theory of comparative negligence that Plaintiff was also negligent saving my client $2 million dollars. Continue to work with employers and businesses (increasing my non-profit representation) to ensure California labor compliance from onboarding through termination. Represent employers in all facets of litigation, conducting numerous mediations and achieving results that save my clients millions in damages., 2023
