    • Represented Dorothy Dillard, pro bono, in her trial against the Estate of Joe Milton. This trial was held in the 80th District Court of Harris County under cause number 2008-42497. Brant was asked by the judge to represent this plaintiff because she had a breach of contract claim and DTPA claim against the deceased contractor that was called for trial. Brant was able to obtain the relief the plaintiff requested and was successful in the trial.
    • Represented O.C. Jackson, pro bono, in his trespass to try title trial. This trial took place in the 61st District Court of Harris County under cause number 2008-11967. Brant was asked by the judge to represent this individual in his claim for title to the property. This was called to trial on March 9, 2009, and he was able to successfully vest title in the pro bono client.
