Bryan Arce

As the founder of the Arcé Law Group, PC, and now Co-Chair of Phillips & Associates, PLLC, Bryan Arce serves clients throughout the New York City metropolitan area. He focuses his law practice in the area of employment law, with a particular interest in cases involving sexual harassment claims, and is admitted to practice law in the state courts of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., and Georgia.  He is also admitted to several federal courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern & Northern Districts of New York, the District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Eastern & Western Districts of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit.After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Mr. Arce attended The Culinary Institute of America, graduating in 1997 and going on to a 10-year career as a chef in Mexico, Europe and the United States. With his time in the service industry giving him insight to the nature of employee-employer relationships, Mr. Arce began his legal career by earning a law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2009, and then founding his current practice in 2011. Experience as a judicial intern at The Equal Employment Opportunities Commission (EEOC) has also given Mr. Arce a strong foundation for dealing with matters of workplace discrimination and wrongful termination.Mr. Arce devotes 100 percent of his time to representing employees dealing with issues of the workplace, including discrimination, sexual harassment claims, wage and hour violations, and more. He is passionate about helping those with such issues to the highest degree, with some outcomes reaching verdicts of several million dollars.In addition to his law practice, Mr. Arce maintains membership in a number of professional organizations.
