Verdicts/Settlements (Case Results):
- Engaged in a 3 week Bench Trial in Pomona Superior Court involving a fraudulent misrepresentation case wherein I represented the Plaintiffs in filing a legal action against the Defendant parties who had wrongfully misappropriated and stolen patent rights belonging to Plaintiffs. Trial resulted in a victory on behalf of my clients, Plaintiffs against the Defendants with a total monetary judgment award of $4 million as awarded to my clients, 2017
- 1. Won in a one month Trial in downtown LA involving $1 million life insurance policy case in which my client, who resides in Shanghai, China was named beneficiary under policy issued and was victim of fraud carried out by third party (2nd wife of decedent) making a claim under the policy. Forged handwritten documents were submitted by third party claiming that my client had agreed and signed off on a Settlement Agreement to give 50% of total $1 million policy to this third party. Case went to trial and we won and were held to be prevailing party, having proven third party had committed fraud and submitted forged documents in this case as well as submitted fake email addresses in support of claim. 2. Presently involved in a $5 million real estate fraud Action in which I represent the Buyers of a subject Property in which fraudulent misrepresentations were made that the property was on Indian Reservation land with potential to build a casino, which facts were false and untrue. 3. Represented clients in a $2 million business litigation matter in which my clients were defrauded of their investment in a franchised business and case was successfully resolved and settled in a confidential settlement
