Debra L. Rubin

Debra L. Rubin, the senior partner at the Law Offices of Debra L. Rubin, PLLC, has litigated and negotiated resolutions of matrimonial and family law matters for more than 20 years and further handles mediation, collaborative divorce matters, and appeals in the areas of family and matrimonial law. In addition to being a member of the New York State, Nassau County, and Suffolk County Bar Associations and their matrimonial committees, she is an Officer of the Suffolk Academy of Law and is also a member of the NY Family Law American Inn of Court, an organization which emphasizes professionalism and civility amongst matrimonial lawyers. Ms. Rubin has published various articles and lectured in her field. She is a firm believer in focusing on the individual needs of each client and guiding clients towards the process best suited for them -- negotiation, mediation, collaborative law, and, when necessary, aggressive litigation.
