Eschemuller v. Eschemuller - 2nd Dept. - Ms. Rubin argued successfully on behalf of the Respondent-wife, inter alia, that separate property commingled with marital property lost its separate character; and that she was properly issued a credit for maintenance arrears accrued under a pendente lite order., 2018
Lemieux v. Lemieux, 48 AD3d 644 (2nd Dept 2008) - Ms. Rubin successfully defended an appeal, resulting in the Appellate Division affirming an award of long-term maintenance to the respondent wife., 2008
Norman v Dykman, 23 AD3d 358 (2005) - Ms. Rubin successfully argued on behalf of the defendant that plaintiff was not entitled to a reduction in her maintenance obligation as she had failed to demonstrate "extreme hardship", 2005
Glassberg v. Glassberg - NYLJ 5/4/09 - Suffolk County Supreme Court awarded in excess of 50% of the marital estate to the wife based upon husband's sporadic and limited contributions to the marital partnership.
Gruppuso v. Caridi, 66 AD3d 838 (2d Dept. 2009) - Appellate Division held that the Supreme Court providently exercised its discretion in denying an award of counsel fees to each of the parties., 2009
