The case, The People, etc., ex rel. A.E.F. (Anonymous), o/b/o M.J.L-F. (Anonymous) v. K.T.L. (Anonymous), 810 N.Y.S.2d 903 (2nd Dept., 2006) was also affirmed on appeal., 2005
