- Frank J. Aloia, Jr., is a senior partner at Aloia Roland, which he co-founded in 2004. The son of a successful Fort Myers attorney, Aloia, chose to make his own way in the legal profession, first as an assistant state attorney, and then later as a business and corporate attorney who quickly gained a reputation as a fierce litigator.
