    • Morse v. County of Merced, Eastern District of California, Judge Dale Drozd - $526,649 verdict for 19 year old wrongfully arrested and accused of gang murder. The jury awarded Plaintiff Morse $498,300 against the County. On May 8, the jury ordered two individual officer Defendants to pay $17,855 and $10,494 in punitive damages to Morse for reprehensible conduct., 2018
    • Avery v. McKee - Santa Clara County Superior Court, Judge Paul Bernal, $814,043 Verdict for Plaintiff injured in auto accident.  Plaintiff had pre-existing injuries that were exacerbated and ultimately required a cervical fusion and lumbar fusion , 2019
    • Represented 4 employees of Kaiser who alleged they were discriminated against based on their work related injuries and requests for medical leave.  Case resulted in a confidential settlement.  , 2018
    • Jane Doe v. City of Brentwood.  Represented a police officer that accused her supervisor of sexually assaulting her.  Case settled for $1 million. , 2020
    • Represented a young woman who worked for Wells Fargo bank and was raped by her supervisor.  Case resulted in a confidential settlement , 2020
    • Doe v. San Francisco Unified School District.  Represented a young boy who was sexually assaulted by a classmate.  Case resulted in a substantial settlement , 2019
    • O'Haire v. City and County of San Francisco.  Represented a former police department attorney in a whistleblower lawsuit against the City and County of San Francisco and Chief of Police Greg Suhr.  O'Haire had recommeded Suhr be terminated when she was an internal affairs attorney.  When he became Chief, he promptly fired her. The case settled for $725,000.00 after pretrial motions and just before jury selection, 2015
