After more than a week of trial, Mr. Gordon successfully garnered a jury verdict in excess of 1.4 Million Dollars in October 2021 against Walmart in a slip and fall case in which his client suffered injuries as a result of the failures of the store to remediate hazards caused by the accumulation of moisture in the entrance vestibule during inclement weather., 2021

After Mr. Gordon presented oral argument to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in New Orleans in July 2019, the Court issued a 23 page opinion on August 28, 2019 vacating entry of Judgment as a Matter of Law by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi following jury trial in Gulfport, Mississippi in 2018.
