Mr. Lawlor's experience as in-house counsel for brokerage firms gave him invaluable experience in securities and business law. This experience included helping to establish regulatory guidelines and underwriting public offerings for securities. He has also held securities licenses in Series 4, Series 7, Series 24, Series 27, Series 53 and Series 63 securities.When not practicing law, Mr. Lawlor speaks at various Continuing Legal Education programs to teach attorneys about the securities arbitration process before the Practicing Law Institute, New York County Lawyers' Association and New York State Bar Association. He has also written several chapters on securities arbitration for Continuing Legal Education.
