Verdicts/Settlements (Case Results):

Hagen v. Fox Nutrition: 4.1 Million jury trial verdict, Los Angeles Superior Court; Represented planitiff in a product liability case. Ferguson v. Kimkins et al.: Received 2.2 Million dollare verdict as well as all requested injuctive relief in a national class action lawsuit. Desert Valley Medical Center v. Bear Valley Community Hospital: Received a defense verdict in a business dispute for my client and then prevailed on a cross complaint for $280,000. Cheney v. Keldon Paper Company et al., Los Angeles Superior Court: Represented a plaintiff in an auto accident case wherein plaintiff was in utereo at the time of the accident. The Case settle for 4.2 Million dollars. Liu v. Doe, Los Angeles Superior Court; Represented plaintiff in trial seeking damages for fraud and conversion. I received a verdict in the amount of $489, 856,00 and prejudgment interest. The case settled one week after the verdict for $615,000. Lloyd v. Horizon Therapy Services; Represnetd a plaintiff in a medical malpractice case in a San Bernardino County Superior Court case. Received a jury verdict in the amount of $489,856.20 ($139,000 more than I requested from the jury).
