- 2022: Murder jury trial. Verdict: probation on lesser-included offense. 2022: Intoxication manslaughter jury trial. Verdict: 12 years TDC 2021: Theft $2,500 < $30,000 jury trial. Hung jury. 2024: Client charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child. There were multiple extraneous victims who were going to testify. I was able to successfully get my client probation when he was very likely looking at getting a long prison sentence if convicted. I have also handled thousands of cases as a prosecutor.
