    • Brazoria County - Case No. 222229 - Client was charged with deadly conduct after he and 3 friends accidentally shot a woman with an AR-15.  After a 2-day trial, the jury found my client NOT GUILTY.  Subsequently, the other 3 co-defendants cases were dismissed, 2018
    • Harris County Case No. 2174169:  Client was charged with DWI after causing an accident and the blood results showing an alleged BAC of 16.  After a 2-day trial, the jury found my client Not Guilty, 2019
