Kaelyn Diamond

Attorney Kaelyn Diamond is a Shareholder at Ziegler Diamond Law Firm, PLLC, in Clearwater, Florida. Ms. Diamond focuses her practice exclusively on representing debtors throughout Florida in consumer matters, fighting to protect their rights against creditors.Providing committed and enthusiastic legal representation to Florida residents, Ms. Diamond advises her consumer clients about their legal options and helps protect them against abusive or unlawful behavior by creditors. She began her career with The Law Office of Michael A. Ziegler, P.L., in 2014 as a law clerk and worked her way up to partner in the firm. In 2021, Ms. Diamond became a Shareholder and The Law Office of Michael A. Ziegler, P.L. transitioned to Ziegler Diamond Law.Born and raised in Vero Beach, Florida, Ms. Diamond graduated cum laude from the University of Florida. She went on to receive her law degree from Stetson University College of Law. While attending law school, she participated on the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot competition and served as a guardian ad litem in Pinellas County, Florida.Following law school graduation, Ms. Diamond is qualified to practice law before all Florida state courts. Additionally, she holds licenses to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, the Central District of Illinois, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.Outside of the office, Ms. Diamond is an active and engaged member of her legal community. In 2019, Ms. Diamond was appointed to the Florida Bar Consumer Protection Law Committee, where she was appointed Chairperson of the Committee in 2022. Ms. Diamond is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates. Ms. Diamond has presented on consumer law issues in seminars hosted by the Florida Bar Consumer Protection Law Committee, Bay Area Legal Services, MyLawCLE, the Federal Bar Association, and the National Consumer Law Center.
