Kevin H. Sharp is the Co-Vice Chairman of Sanford Heisler Sharp McKnight, LLP and works from the firm’s office in Nashville, Tennessee. He is also the Co-Chair of the firm’s Public Interest Litigation Group. His practice areas focus on civil litigation matters, including qui tam and whistleblower matters, products liability claims, malpractice cases, ERISA claims, civil rights, and criminal matters. He has also represented clients in many class action cases.Having handled many high-profile cases, Mr. Sharp has gained invaluable experience and is the go-to attorney for civil or criminal law cases, as well as handling petitions for Executive Clemency.
