After deliberating for less than three hours, the Federal Jury in a five day Patent Infringement case concerning remote presence robots came back with a complete Defense Verdict exonerating my Client of any accused wrongdoing and Invalidating the Plaintiff's Patents-in-Suit. In another Federal Patent Infringement Litigation, involving medical imaging software, the Judge Granted Summary Judgment, effectively ruling that all five of the Plaintiff's Patents were either Not Valid or Not Infringed, completely eliminating any liability for my Defendant Client., 2012
