    • 1.5 million dollar policy limit tender for bicyclist who traveled in the path of a vehicle, outside a crosswalk, sustaining multiple catastrophic injuries.  , 2024
    • Mark Roman obtained a $3 million dollar judgment for Maria Garcia, a client who was struck by a Pinellas County School Bus.  Our client, a 44 year old woman was walking to her job across a crosswalk on  US 19.  A pinellas county owned shcool bus struck her and rolled over her with its rear wheels.  The client had a white corssing signal before she entered the crosswalk, giving her right of way at the intersection. Mr. Roman successfully presented a claims bills to the Florida State Legislature in order to obtain the $3 million dollar judgment. He argued in front of a special committee in Tallahassee during the 2023 legislative session.  There was not a dry eye in the house.  The bill passed unanimously and Mark Roman was successful in securing the $3 million dollars after Governor Ron Desantis signed the Bill into law.  , 2023

The collision was so powerful that three cars were totally destroyed and the client was rendered unconscious. The client sustained multiple fractures to her arm and ribs, damage to her shoulder, and brain damage. The jury deliberated almost 4 hours at the conclusion of a 6 days trial in Brevard County., 2016

    • $1,175,000.00 Settlement - Traumatic Brain Injury Victim. The man was injured when his work van was hit and flipped over, causing him to be ejected from his vehicle, crushing his skull. Investigation revealed work van was not equipped with operable seatbelts. A lawsuit against his employer, who was responsible for the maintenance of the work van, resulted in a $1,175,000 settlement., 2008

A woman sustained a fractured pelvis when she was pinned between 2 cars in a parking lot.  The insurance company refused to take a claim seriously prior to trial.     • $2,700,000.00 Verdict for Truck Accident Victim.  After a six day trial, a Pasco County Jury awarded our clients $2,161,000.00 for wife and $631,900.00 for husband. The wife sustained a head injury and had spine surgery.  The husband injured his hands, shoulder and knee, 2007
