    • In a copyright infringement matter arbitrated to final award before the ICC International Court of Arbitration, Mark secured a complete defense victory  including an award of all attorneys' fees and costs incurred by his client in the matter., 2021
    • In an arbitration matter, a terminated distributor sought a seven-figure recovery against Mark's corporate client.  After the final hearing, the arbitrator entered an award in favor of Mark's client denying any recovery at all to the terminated distributor., 2021
