    • Successfully mediated case in which a son needed to get a conservatorship over his father because he was undergoing financial elder abuse by a woman whom he had recently met. We were able to obtain the conservatorship and remove her from the house., 2015
    Representative Clients:
    • Conservatorship, Trust Litigation, and Elder Abuse case in which my client, the daughter, was trying to obtain a conservatorship over her mother, who was incapacitated and being abused and isolated by her sister. In addition, we needed to get the sister removed as trustee of the mom's trust. Successfully mediated and resolved situation to protect mother and trust assets.
