Verdicts/Settlements (Case Results):
- In 2012, won a jury trial for Criminal Possession of Weapon in 2nd Degree and the client was acquitted in front of the Honorable Alex Renzi in Monroe County. In 2013 I tried another gun case for different client with four charges on the indictment in front of the Honorable Joanne Winslow. The verdict was guilt for 2 charges and acquitted of 2 charges and later the verdict was overturned on appeal and client is now out of custody. I now focus my practice on family law primarily but still enjoy practicing criminal defense sometimes, 2012.
