And Why should we worry about them anyway?;” have assembled (and edited) extensive materials for various CEB classes on Ethical and Malpractice Considerations in Estate Planning and other T&E related topics; have written and taught extensively on Drafting Wills & Trusts and published articles on an "Introduction to Drafting" and the use of "Boilerplate;" have published an article entitled “Proving Death Without A Body” in the August, 1991, CEB Estate Planning Newsletter; have (with Warren Sinsheimer) authored an irregular “Back to the Basics” column for the State Bar’s Estate Planning Trust & Probate Law Section newsletter; and have (as a law student) written a pedantic foray into the backwaters of procedural law for the California Law Review--which foray is best forgotten.  I have also lectured extensively on the subjects of: the Changing Nature of the Family, the Future of Estate Planning, the Benefits of Specialty Certification, Planning for Retirement, and numerous other topics relating to the planning and administration of Estates., ,
