The motorcycle driver encountered a large pothole in the road and lost control of the motorcycle. The pothole was caused by what appeared to be a town municipality roadway project. The driver of the motorcycle and our plaintiff were also thrown off the motorcycle causing serious and permanent injuries to our client.
