    • World-renowned musician charged with attempted murder, strangulation and burglary pleaded guilty to misdemeanor reckless assault and received unconditional discharged, no jail time, no probation, no fine and relief from civil disabilities, 2016.
    Representative Clients:
    • Union presidents and other labor representatives charged with malfeasance. We've represented numerous locals and their officers over the years, obtaining either dismissal or the charges or claims against them or results the clients were happy with.
    • We represented a recipient of federal benefits who was unqualified to receive such payments. The government informed us that a federal indictment against our clients was expected. Through negotiation, we resolved with matter without criminal charges being filed and the clients paying a modest monthly repayment, 2015.
    • Represented several former federal defendants against whom the government initiated protracted efforts to collect restitution or forfeiture owed. All those which have been concluded have been on terms favorable and acceptable to client, 2010.
    • In 2014, we represented the Trump Organization when the SDNY U.S. Attorney's office sought to forfeit a membership in the Mar-a-Lago golf club that had already been forfeited back to the club for non-payment of dues. The government sought payment form the Club. Our efforts persuaded the government to abandon its collection efforts against the golf club.
