In November 2017, a Los Angeles jury unanimously awarded our client compensatory damages of $1.22 million in a whistleblower case after less than one hour of jury deliberations. , 2017
In October 2016, Mr. Barrera prevailed in a wrongful termination and defamation case against a local auto dealership. A unanimous jury awarded $360,000 to Mr. Barrera's client after just three hours of deliberations. The case is Preciado v. Alfaqir, Inc., et al., 2016
On August 20, 2017, a San Bernardino jury awarded our client, a former T-Mobile store manager, $5,020,042, including $4 million in punitive damages in an employment retaliation case.
