    • Paul is currently a member of the Board of Govenors of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and is a past President of the Western Pennslyvania Trial Lawyers Association.   He is also a member of the American Association of Justice and the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA).  In 1995-1997 Paul was a elected to Counsel of the Young Lawyers Section of the ACBA.

    • Paul Obtained a $725,000 Judgment against University of Pittsburgh Physicians as a result of a carpal tunnel surgery that resulted in permanent nerve injury.
    • Paul obtained a confidential settlement of a legal malpractice action brought against a law firm who previously represented Paul's client in the sale of a business. 
    • Paul obtained a verdict of $2,500,000 against UPMC Shadyside Hospital as a result of death of a 24 year old young man.  After appeals UPMC paid over $3,200,000 to satisfy the verdict and interest.  , 2008
    • Paul obtained a $1,300,000 settlement for an man who was injured on a construction site because of unsafe worke conditions. 
    • Paul and Tom Kline obtained a $6,000,000 verdict in Indiana County Pennsylvania in a medical negligence case on behalf of a young girl with cerebral palsy.  
    • Paul obtained a $10,000,000 verdict against UPMC Shadyside This verdict is that largest medical malpractice verdict in Allegheny County since the Supreme Court began tracking medical malpractice verdicts in January of 2000., 2011
    Pro bono/Community Service:
    • Paul is an officer and board member of Muriels Breath of Life a non-profit organization that raises money to help adult cystic fibrosis patients deal with medical and other expenses not covered by medical insurance.  For his work with that organization in 2014, Paul was given the  PAJ Community Service Award.
