Recent Settlements: $8 million dollar group settlement on behalf of 88 students who were sexually abused by a priest who was their religion instructor and the school's athletic trainer; $1.3 million dollar settlement on behalf of minor who was sexually assaulted by two supervisors while working at a fast food restaurant.
