Mr. Gilliland and his law firm successfully defended two hot air balloon companies "pro bono" who were sued by Plaintiff JCM Farming, Inc. in Thermal, California. The case was dismissed against the balloonists and the balloonists in turn pursed their recovery of costs and attorneys fees against the Plaintiff.
