    • USA v. Bongiovanni et al., 19-CR-227-LJV (WDNY) - Represented former federal agent accused of allegedly taking bribes, providing law enforcement sensitive information to criminal associates, and making false statements to investigators. Case tried twice in 2024.  First trial resulted in partial-verdict with jurors hung on 12 of 15 counts.  Second trial resulted in acquittal on all major bribe and conspiracy counts., 2024
    • USA v. Assi, 21-CR-123-JLS (WDNY). Represented client accused of cross-border marijuana trafficking. , 2023
    • USA v. Jabar et al., 9-CR-170-LJV (WDNY). Represent client accused of wire fraud and false statements. Case returned on appeal in post-conviction sentencing. Currently litigation Rule 33 motion for new trial. , 2023

    • USA v. Arshdeep Singh, 20-CR-92-JLS (WDNY). Represented a Canadian truck driver accused of trafficking 2 tons of marijuana across border. Successfully convinced law enforcement that my client was a “blind mule” and actually innocent. All charges dismissed. , 2022
    • USA v. Larell Watkins, 17-CR-103-LJV (WDNY) - Represented a client accused with 10 co-defendants in a multi-count indictment charging a RICO Conspiracy, Narcotics Conspiracy, VCAR Murder, and several 924(c) offenses. Brokered a Rule 11(c)(1)(C) plea for my client, 2020
    • USA v. Pettway, 18-3316-cr (2d Cir.) - Represented client on appeal convicted of a narcotics conspiracy and two 924(c) counts and a 922(g) count.  Client was sentenced to 40 years jail.  Successfully won reversal of 922(g) conviction based on the SCOTUS holding in Rehaif v. US and obtained de novo sentencing of client. , 2019
    • USA v. Pietrzyk, 19-CR-20630-BAF (E.D. Mich) - Represent former high-ranking UAW Union Official charged with honest service fraud conspiracy and money laundering. Successfully brokered guilty plea.  Sentencing pending, 2019
    • USA v. Lucas - 17-CR-143-EAW (WDNY) - Represented lead defendant in narcotics conspiracy.  Tried a two-week jury trial and convinced the jury that my client was responsible for distribution of 500 grams versus 5 kilos of cocaine, reducing his mandatory minimum sentence from 25 to 10 years. Client was a career offender and successfully argued for sentence five years below the guideline suggested sentence, 2019
    • USA v. Strock et al., 15-CV-887-FPG (WDNY) - Represent lead defendant and his company in this False Claims Act case. In 2019, successfully argued for dismissal for failure to plead a cause of action on the "materiality" element of the False Claims Act, 2019
