Regularly represent the most senior-level executives in all industries, particularly in the pharmaceutical, biotech, financial and manufacturing industries. Represent C-level executives in both publicly-traded corporations as well as those held privately, including by private equity.

Transactions:

Recently closed a separation deal helping the departing executive leave with funds in excess of $12 million. Represented a COO in the sale of the company, helping him successfully secure a payout in excess of $15 million. Routinely help executives of all levels improve the outcome of the final deal as compared to the company's initial offer.
