- Over $500,000 recovered for victims of the 330 Lenox Road building fire. Settlement reached with landlord and managing agent after the Kings County court agreed with our argument that they had delegated a nondelegable duty to the roofer who ultimately started the fire, 2015
- Obtained summary judgment on liability on behalf of our client in a case of first impression. During dispositive motion practice, the trial court agreed with our argument that "[b]y imposing absolute liability on those parties whose excavation work results in damages to the neighboring land, section 3309.4 places the burden of protecting those with a property interest therein on those who choose to undertake the risks associated with excavation work in the City of New York, by requiring the latter to respond in damages for any harm which may result to structures or walls on the adjoining property", 2015
- Plaintiff's verdict received for a claim of property damage as a result of neighbor's negligent construction activities. Prior to trail, Plainiff received an award of summary judgment as to defendants' negligence in a case of first impression in New York. Roman Rabinovich represented the Plaintiff, 2017

- Obtained a settlement that was double the client's building estimate for property damage to his home, including a component for attorney's fees based on allegations of unfair claims settlement practice by the carrier. We obtained summary judgment even though this particular carrier had prevailed in two prior claims brought by other insureds under almost identical facts, 2019
