    • Disputed liability dangerous sidewalk condition. Plaintiff's front bicycle tire contacted a sidewalk indention resulting from erosion of decorative brick pavers embedded in the sidewalk, causing him to fall from his bicycle and sustain significant injury to his spine. The matter was globally resolved with all defendants for more than $3,000,000., 2017
