In Banga v. Gundumolgula, Mr. Lantry successfully defended a foreign airline in Federal District Court by obtaining a dismissal of a consumer protection lawsuit. Banga v. Gundumolgula, 2013 WL 3804046 (United States District Court, Eastern District of California).
