$1 Million Settlement - Lyft Driver Accident Our client was a Lyft driver who was broadsided by a vehicle speeding through the intersection causing our car to spin out of control landing on the sidewalk. Lyft claimed that the driver was not covered since there were no passengers in the vehicle. However, we were able to prove that our client was indeed working at the time of the accident and Lyft was liable for his injuries. , 2019
