On January 26, 2018, a Pinellas County Jury returned a Verdict, in the amount of $673,000, in favor of my client, the Plaintiff, Hanan Abdelshahid, in this personal injury, automobile accident, negligence case. The Defendant argued that the Plaintiff did not suffer a permanent injury, causally related to the motor vehicle accident, but rather suffered only temporary, soft tissue, sprain/strain-type injuries, causally related to the accident. The Defendant argued that Plaintiff only needed 3 months of medical care and treatment following the accident. On June 19, 2017, a Pinellas County Jury returned a Verdict in favor of my client, Plaintiff, Tracy DeMoss, in the total amount of $489,558.54, in this premises liability, slip and fall, personal injury, negligence case.
