Ms. York served as lead counsel and settled a wage and hour putative class action against Teichert on behalf of ready mix drivers (the class size was under 150 members) and successfully settled the case for $1,400,000., 2009
Ms. York served as co-lead counsel in a California state-wide wage and hour class action representing UPS drivers in a case against UPS for missed meal and rest periods, as well as unlawful deductions of time from the drivers' timecards. The case was certified and then settled for $87 million dollars., 2007
