    • Noel has tried numerous cases to verdict in various venues, including the highly publicized case of City of Modesto v. Dow Chemical, et al., where, after a four month jury trial, Noel won a defense verdict on behalf of his client, defendant Modesto Steam Laundry And Cleaners. Noel also won a defense verdict on behalf of Elecrolux Corporation in CSAA v. Electrolux, where a homeowner accidentally killed himself by leaving his stove on and burning his home down. Plaintiff asserted that the refrigerator, manufactured by an Electrolux subsidiary, was negligently designed and caused the fire. Noel proved the decedent caused the fire by leaving the stove on.
