- On December 10, 2014, the Second Circuit issued a decision reversing the insider trading convictions of Todd Newman and Anthony Chiasson and ordering the dismissal of their indictments with prejudice. The New York Attorney General (the "AG") recently announced that it settled investigations with two companies over their use of non-compete provisions in employment agreements for low-level employees.
