Kiluk v. MBUSA: California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division Three - Opinion Certified for Publication. MBUSA refused to repurchase our client's vehicle. A jury found Mercedes Benz liable under the Song-Beverly Act for breach of both the express warranty and the implied warranties. The court entered judgment in favor of our client. Mercedes Benz appealed. Court of Appeal affirmed the judgment, 2020
