- In May 2025, Mr. Mavrick successfully defended his client in a Miami-Dade Circuit Court lawsuit where the former employer sued for breach of a non-compete and non-solicitation contract. After several injunction hearings spanning several months, the former employer was unable to obtain a temporary injunction. On the eve of trial, the former employer dismissed its lawsuit with prejudice, without any payment from Mr. Mavrick's client or any further obligations to the former employer.
